Poster Making

Did you know that posters are a powerful way to communicate ideas? They can be used to summarize large amounts of information in a succinct and appealing manner. They provide an opportunity to be creative and impactful. Many of our members have participated in one of our past poster making classes and the result of their work has been seen at conferences and hospital and clinic corridors .
University of Washington Health Sciences, Academic Services & Facilities, partnered with PSONS to provide these classes, and now they have a website that takes you through the process step-by-step. You will find these easy to follow instructions the key to creating your first (or next) poster. Give it a try and be ready for our next Symposium where you can show a best practice, your Master's thesis, or a novel idea. Remember, part of our mission is to promote quality in oncology nursing practice through education, communication, and research!
